Refund policy
We at American Leatherworks want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase; however, it is necessary to have a small return policy.
Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your item for return consideration. If allowable, we will issue you a Return # and that Return # must be on the outside of the package. Also, there is a $20 restocking and processing fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If we shipped you the wrong item, then we will be happy to correct the error. If the item arrives damaged, we will be happy to repair or replace it. Once the item has been received and deemed defective, a new item will be shipped to you. In either case, you will not be charged the $20 restocking fee.
Order Cancellations incur a fee that is 3% of the order including shipping.
For items over $500, immediate inventory and response is required. Customer may be required to pay freight.
There are reasons items cannot be returned. A few examples are: The color, size is not the size you need, you ordered the wrong product, or you just changed your mind.
